Thai Shrimp

For lunch I was thinking about what to cook. I wanted something tasty but not too complicated. There were some shrimp in the freezer and I have all kinds of cooking spices, so I decided to experiment. This dish turned out so delicious that I wish I had more! So I’ve decided to share the recipe with you guys for you to enjoy it too! Yum!

INGREDIENTS:
  • Shrimp
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Thai Red Chili Paste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

The first step is to peel and de-vein the shrimp. Then, add butter into a pan. The amount of butter depends on how much you prefer. I use a small amount because I don’t really want to consume too much butter.

Grate the ginger, and finely chop the garlic, and add them to the pan as well.

Add the shrimp and salt and pepper. Add one spoonful or so of Thai Red Chili Paste to the pan. Slow cook for about 3 minutes until the shrimp become white. Don’t let the shrimp cook for too long because they cook quickly.

When its ready pour some lime juice over it for taste. You can serve with some rice or vegetables.
